There are the following procedures for trademark registration in India
1- Find an appropriate brand name for your trademark registration.

2 – Preparing an application for trademark registration.
Proof of Business Registration.
Photo Identity proof of the directors of your company.
Address proof of the same people.
Only Identity proof along with PAN card and Aadhaar card could be submitted.
However in case of companies, address proof of the company will need to be submitted.
And the last but not the least, the soft copy of the trademark.
The proof of the claim that’s applicable to the proposed mark could be used in another country.
Power of attorney signed by the supposed applicant.
3 – Application filling of the trademark registration.
There are two methods for registering a trademark: manual filing and electronic filing. If you choose manual filing, you must personally deliver your application for
Trademark Registration to the registrar's office of trademarks. The offices are located in major metropolitan areas like as Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, and
Ahmedabad. There is a waiting period of at least 15 to 20 days after applying for the receipt of the acknowledgement. However, if you elect to re-fill the application,
you will obtain the receipt of acknowledgement very immediately via the government website. you are now eligible for the use of your trademark name along with (TM
symbol) beside the name of your brand.
4 - The process of examining the brand name application of trademark registration.
After you submit your application, the registrar will review it to see if you fulfilled certain criteria and conditions and that your brand name complies with the law.
There should also be no conflict or dispute with any current or pending trademarks for trademark registration.
5- Publication of brand in the journal of the trademark in India.
Following an examination, the registrar will publish your brand name in the Indian trademark journal. This is the most crucial stage of the trademark registration
process, and if there is no resistance within three months of publication, and sometimes four months, the brand name is accepted.
6- The issue of a certificate of trademark registration.
If there is no objection to your trademark application from anyplace, the registrar will issue your trademark registration certificate with the registry seal on it.
