Will it affect my next job application? Do I have to include my work experience at this company on my resume?

    in The Success Forum

Resignation during probationary period may and may not affect the application of a new job. It depends on the reasons for leaving our old place and the judgment of the interviewer. Because sometimes the reason we have may be the reason we look at it solely from our perspective. This will cause us to be severely cut off points, for example, the boss refuses to delegate a substantial task and therefore resigns. Our impatience here is that the interviewer may see that there will be problems in the future. But if the reason is that the work content does not match what was discussed too much beyond our scope or position And it's not a job that we can do. It might be an understandable reason. The important thing we need to remember is that we shouldn't lie. And answer carefully every time so as not to blame and blame only the old company.

Another question that many workers would like to ask like “Do I have to include that experience in my resume?” The answer depends on what the 1-3 months in the company gives us, how valuable and useful it will be in our next job.

Jobs that should be included in the resume

A job where we learned a lot through work in a short and useful time. But we may need to note a few reasons why the working time is short. Then expand your reasons during the job interview if asked by the interviewer.

Jobs that do not need to be put in the resume.

A job that we haven't learned much about. The trial period is relatively short. But in this case, a reasonable answer must be provided. Because when the interviewer saw in the resume that there was a period of time that we were free. Sometimes he might be able to ask what we were doing in between.
